My brother in law is awaiting his court date of April 1, 2010 for a concealed carry charge. I know he cannot afford a lawyer as well as my wife and I, so I am looking for a little advise. He and I have several firearms that we use for target practice. My brother and I have been taught by his father, who was very involved with a local gun range, that as long as you have the firearm and ammunition in proper cases and separated in your vehicle, that you are obeying the law as far as transporting the firearms. I am going to visit him in the correctional institution tomorrow but do not know his side of the story yet. If he was following the law as we understand it, do you take clients with the "No fee unless we win"?

Thank you
