As part of the team-oriented defense at Mastantuono Coffee & Thomas, William works closely with the attorneys to contribute to the best representation possible for each client. He brings his customer service skills to these efforts, ensuring consistency and attention to our client service. William has over seven years of experience working in customer service, and is a paralegal student at Milwaukee Area Technical College. He values the importance of open communication, and is ready to help MC&T clients to ensure clear communication with their legal team.
We understand that questions and concerns arise outside of attorney meetings. If an attorney is unavailable when you call, William will do his best to assist you and route a message directly to your attorney. This connection to our clients produces better case results.
William is a born-and-raised Milwaukee native, who has worked toward a career in criminal defense for years. He brings his drive to learn and to help our clients excel.
I find helping others to be tremendously fulfilling. Knowing that I can contribute to my community in a positive and impactful way keeps me motivated to use all of my knowledge, experiences, and resources for the overall benefit of our clients.
