DEFENDING SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGES

Following successful defenses in felony sexual assault cases in recent years, including not guilty verdicts in felony trials in Milwaukee County, Waukesha County, and Sheboygan County, Craig Mastantuono was asked to speak to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) on trial practice in sexual assault cases. NACDL is the preeminent national organization for criminal defense lawyers, and a select few are requested to present at the various training seminars attended by lawyers from all over the county.
