Patrick Sicula
Patrick Sicula joined Mastantuono Coffee & Thomas from the State Public Defender’s Office in Waukesha County, where he represented people accused of misdemeanor and felony crimes. He understands the stress that his clients often experience, and utilizes a unique and personable approach in listening to his clients' stories and addressing their concerns.

Patrick strongly believes in protecting every person’s constitutional rights, and he is recognized as a hardworking litigator that fights on behalf of his clients. Patrick served as lead counsel on over a dozen trials and sat second chair in others. He achieved outright acquittals on felony and misdemeanor trials and won revocation proceedings. Patrick has also litigated and won evidentiary motion hearings, protecting his client's constitutional rights. Patrick’s hard work and research earned him a reputation as an excellent written and oral advocate: he was the Waukesha trial region’s nominee for the Public Defender Office’s Litigator of the Year Award at the 2025 State Public Defender Conference.
Patrick earned his law degree cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2023. While in law school, Patrick served on the Wisconsin Law Review, where he won the Wisconsin Law Review’s Top Cite-Checker Prize in 2022 for his legal research and editing skills, and was elected the Senior Managing Editor for his final year of school. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Democracy and Justice Studies summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2020.

Patrick joined Mastantuono, Coffee & Thomas in 2026. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Waukesha County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
